How TTC Made Bombardier's Accessible Streetcars Dangerous for People with Balance Problems

I've written before about the lack of stop request buttons next to priority seats. I've focused on this as an accessibility issue, but even perfectly able-bodied people find trying to get to a stop request button, especially when the streetcar is crowded, a chore. I've put together a video showing how TTC management came to this bone-headed decision. I can't tell you why, except perhaps "practical" in TTC parlance means "can't afford it."
