It's rather appropo that Bell is throttling the Internet, since it's kind of like it trying to throttle all its competitors while still providing lousy service and hanging onto outdated charges like touch tone as an extra.
SaveOurNet.ca is fighting Bell. It needs another 1,000 Canadians demanding the CRTC to stop this practice of slowing down Internet speed, especially for certain kinds of traffic. They've made a video.
