Americans #1...in mental illness

Interesting little snippet in The Toronto Star today: 25% of Americans had a mental illness in the last year; 6.25% of Americans had an illness serious enough to disrupt their everyday functionality. The results for other countries haven't come in yet -- wonder where Canada lies? -- but it's expected the U.S. will have the highest rates of mental illness on the planet. These results might account for why grief counsellors were called in after the last Presidential election.
