OK fess up time. I love love love Canadian Idol. It's a total time-waster, a mental piece of fluff, and that's why I love it.
Sat down to watch it last night and whoa, is this Canadian Idol? What a fabulous original intro to the show! The Arctic Rapper auditions in Yellowknife and gets his own music vid. I hope they run it again cause it beats Ben Mulroney talking to us anyday of the week.
Then the auditions start. Oh my ears! I really ought to get earplugs, I start thinking, but audition number 2 is totally different: hilarious, LOL funny. And it gets better. This is the first time auditions haven't been excruciating from beginning to end. Great change-up. Can't wait til next week!
