Small photo story in the Toronto Star: "Jeffrey Cooke...[shows] people how to train their dogs by barking at them. Apparently, the dogs pay attention." Any dog-owning kid could've told them that. The best part of barking at your dog was how excited they suddenly got and your mother yelling at you to take yourself and the dog outside.
